Helen Jackson

I started working at Alexander Veterinary Centre in 2008 as a receptionist and worked my way up to Head Receptionist and then Reception Manager. During this time I completed a Level 2 NVQ in Business and Administration, a level 3 NVQ diploma in Customer Service and then an Advanced Level Apprenticeship in Customer Service.

In 2015 I was promoted to Practice Manager and now work full time in the office. I am mainly involved in the finance side of the business which I enjoy.

When I am not at the surgery I am spending time with my 3 cats, Noel, Martha and Scrubs and my Standard Poodle Ellie. I am interested in crafts especially needle felting, card making and decoupage. I also love reading.
